Return & Refund Policy

At Soul Love Scribbles, most items are made to order through print-on-demand (POD) and/or fulfilled by our dropshipping partners. Because products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund according to the guidelines below.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged/Defective/Incorrect

Please email contact@soullovescribbles.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of: the item, any damage/defect, the packaging, and the shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Refund you to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. We generally do not require physical returns for damaged/defective/incorrect items.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Made-to-order/POD items (most items in our store)

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move to production quickly:

  • Requests to change or cancel must be emailed to contact@soullovescribbles.com within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, we can’t modify or cancel the order.

Sizing, Colors & Minor Variations

Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Screen settings and production methods may result in slight color or placement variations, which are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

  • Wrong/Incomplete Address entered by customer: we’re not responsible for non-delivery; a reship fee may apply.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. If still not found after 3 business days, email us—we’ll help investigate.

  • Lost/Damaged in transit: we’ll work with the carrier/fulfillment partner to replace or refund as appropriate.

Damages & Issues (Summary)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@soullovescribbles.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there’s a problem with your item (damaged/defective/incorrect), we’ll replace it or refund you according to our policy above.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (if applicable). Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@soullovescribbles.com .

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Custom/POD/personalized items are exempt from this right.
