ORDER PROCESSING

Most Soul Love Scribbles products are made-to-order through print-on-demand or fulfilled by our dropshipping partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary by product and location. Typical estimated shipping times are:

  • United States & Canada: 5–15 business days

  • International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping times depend on your location, the carrier, and customs clearance.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, product type, and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (postal service, courier, etc.)

  • Customs clearance or import restrictions

  • Weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@soullovescribbles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our fulfillment partners to replace or refund your order as appropriate.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — you will receive tracking information for each package when available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
